Do you offer any single-cat rates? Unfortunately, we do not. When we established our location, our main goal was to keep our cats happy and comfortable at an affordable price. We believe cats need plenty of space to move and play, which small kennels simply can't provide. That's why we designed our suites to be spacious—much larger than the minimum requirements—so your cat can enjoy a comfortable environment. Because of this, our pricing is based on the space and care your cat receives, not per cat. Our rates for the space and attention your cat deserves are very competitive—often less than most places for one cat and truly unbeatable for two.
What is your pricing? You can view our current rates by clicking here. Additionally, all of our prices are available by clicking on any "Book Now" button. We don’t publish prices all over the website because we frequently update, change and add new services. We want to keep our prices in one location to avoid any confusion.
What if the price changes? Once you book your stay, your price is locked in unless the rate drops. If we offer a special deal or discount, we will gladly extend the discounted rate to you, regardless of when you booked. We believe in rewarding our loyal customers—so if you qualify for a promotion, you're welcome to take advantage of it. We dislike when companies offer deals but don’t extend them to their loyal clients, and we make sure that doesn’t happen here.
Why do you not have a address or any pictures of the Suites? We are currently negotiating leases on a few different buildings. Its tricky when dealing with animals. Once we get our new space leased and set up we will list the address and put pictures of the space.
What are your Hours? Currently by appointment only. Once our new location is open we plan to have a split schedule of 7-10am and 3-6pm. For pick up and drop off. We like to have quiet time for the kitties between 10am-3pm for their afternoon naps. We may adjust the schedule based on customer need.
What if something happens to our cat while at Cozy Cat? We will promptly assess any injury or issue and contact you immediately. If necessary, we offer a limited number of small isolation suites at no additional cost. If you are unavailable and we believe the situation is life-threatening, we will contact your designated veterinarian to seek guidance and ensure your pet receives the appropriate care.
